Yeah, I would say more than coffee for breakfast would be a good idea.
how many calories are you eating a day because to keep your deficit at 700 you will still have to eat about 2500 more calories and that is only if you lay motionless the rest of the day lol
it's like one oclock where you are right? you need to eat alot more! It's not about eating as little as you can, and burning as many calories as you can... You need a balance..... If you've already burned so many calories today you definitely need over 2000 cals more...
Still ate school then, going to football practice. Nothing to eat right now!! I'll be participating in all the activities I logged after school. And I'll get a chance to eat more when I get home. I'll find it hard to eat 2000 cals when I get home.
I'd still suggest you try to eat something for breakfast. If you need to get up earlier to make time, do it! Oatmeal, yogurt, and cereal are all good quick options. Cereal is easy to take with you if you don't have time to eat at home. Add berries to it for extra fiber and more flavor. I'm assuming you'd eat yogurt since you drink milk? Scrap the nachos. The chips are nothing but carbs, and the cheese they have on them probably isn't that great for you. Does your school have a salad bar? I really think you should be eating a much bigger lunch, especially if you are going to have a hard time eating a dinner big enough to account for the rest of your calorie needs. But that's just my opinion.
Suggestion: Try adding some nuts to your diet (almonds).
7cal per piece. if you can eat about 50 of them thats 350cals gone already + theyre good for u. I usually have no problem eating 50.
Maybe eat 1 or 2 bananas throughout ur day? 116cals each.
How about some fish to your diet? or some lean meat?
Wrap a chicken breast in a whole wheat tortilla shell thats about 400 cals..add some lettuce and mustard(another 20 or so cals).
thats another 420.
Breakfast suggestion: whole wheat toast (170/2slices), low fat pb(100cal/tbsp), banana(116cals).
spread pb onto the toast and wrap it around a banana. This is by far my fave snack^
