I'd be so happy to have a little input on my workout routine..Is this going to get me anywhere as far as condition and weightloss goes? Or should I be doing more? Also, am I eating enough to lose weight as well? I don't want to put myself in starvation.

My recommended calories per day is 1,200 and this is also the amount that my nutritionist recommends for me to eat. Do I need to eat more on the days I work out or should I keep the cals. at 1,200?

I've been going powertraining 1x per week regularly now, it's a class doing full body light weight training. The class lasts 1 hour and burns about 600+ calories.

I also go swimming laps once a week which burn about 400 calories. i went twice this week (yay for me!) and hoping I can find the time in my schedule to keep up with this 2x's a week!

I ride my bike to/from work, or to/from the pool which equal about 10 miles a week at a moderate pace.

The only thing I know is you need to use as heavy weight as possible to burn fat.
