suggestions for high cal, low fat food?

Quote  |  Reply
I burn like 400 calories at the gym, so that means I need to eat 1600 calories but that's a LOT of food (the past month and a half Ive been eating low-cal food.) I don't want to eat a lot of fat, just need something small and not superfilling to take care of those extra 400 calories I need to eat so I can keep losing weight.

Any suggestions?

Rice
fruit!
bagels....it's about 300 calories just for a regular sized one....protein shakes are about 110-120 per scoop, mix it with milk for more calories

but how come you don't want to eat fat?  it's important to make sure you get enough healthy fats....
Well Im taking Alli, so I cant eat too much fat or Ill get sick! But I eat like 30g of fat a day, on average. But that fat I get from stuff like meat, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, and such i think thats pretty healthy!
Pasta.

I'm not sure why you want no fat... that was the mistake of the 90s... cutting all fat. Don't neglect good fats, which both lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.  Like olive oil and all-natural peanutbutter.  If I wanted more calories, nuts and sunflower seeds would be my first choice.
