Strawberries and raspberries are rich in immunity-boosting vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. The cantaloupe melon is an excellent source of betacarotene, a great anticancer nutrient.

Ingredients
140 g cantaloupe (1/4 medium), peeled, seeded, chopped
6 oz strawberries
6 oz raspberries
1 c crushed ice
Directions
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately
