Summer 2008 Bikini body Group -- Group closed, sorry
my plan is
1- weigh-in each Monday.
2- We will announce a winner each week. Whoever will earn the highest score.
3- Every day, you have 10 points total of 70 by the end of the week. 5 points if you stick to your healthy eating plan, the other 5 points if you managed to complete your workout.
3- post your stats and goals.
4- we will start tomorrow Jan 28, 2008. please post your stats either today or tomorrow.
5- we will follow CC guidelines so the challenge will be moving to the GAMES section.
6- we will end the challenge on May 1st. Hopefully by that time, everyone will be ready for a NEW BIKINI:)

I bought my two piece (the one from the pic) from Figleaves. The prices are good and the choice -considering how hard it is to find this size- is good.

Didn't do so well last week, but I did have a number of forces working against me (took very stressful exam, had period, went on vacation).
I'm happy to say that this was the first week that I met my exercise goals!! So there are 35 points.
I ate fine until Friday -- the weekend was bad. 20 points for poor eating on vacation.Starting weight (Jan 28): 126.4
Last week: 125
Today: 126
I hope that's a temporary bump - it seems ridiculous that I would gain a pound after 3 days of unhealthy eating (especially since I exercised each of those days).
I did loose lots of weight this week (more than 3 lbs), but it was caused by a nasty stomach bug I caught Tuesday. So I have been eating really little (O cal on Wednesday, about 300 on Thursday, etc.) I am just not going to count any points this week.
Edited to add: Congrats Sakhmet on the exercise!!! :D At your weight, I wouldn't worry too much about the fluctuation from week to week, probably due to you putting on some lean muscle!

Yay! Despite some minor setbacks I had a really really good week!

Today= 138!! Whooa! (Thank you TOTM for finally leaving me in peace, and taking all that bloat with you.)
Diet: 25... Er, yeah. Eating's the hard part for me. I just... love... food. So. Much.
Excersize: 35! Whoop whoop.
60 points. Not great, but I'm pretty excited over my weight, so I'll take it :)
I’ll be traveling for the next week and a half, so I wont be able to report in next Monday. I know that my diet is going to get missed up, but I will at least try not to over eat too much. I just hope to come back at the same weight as I am now. If I manage that I will be happy.

My eating was great this week but I can only count about 15 points for exercizing. So that puts me at 50 for the week.
I can't seem to get motivated to exercise. I did great this week with my food goals (I averaged 1363 cals for the week), but I only managed to exercise 1 day (out of a goal of 4 days/week). It's frustrating. So my score for last week is the lowest yet: 44 points.

Some of my deficits haven't been that big, but I need to eat more when I'm running an event, so I'm fine with that. I only binged once!

Safina, I feel your pain. I binged really badly both Saturday and Sunday. I think going home, seeing my mom, and being put through the emotional ringer (gotta love those guilt trips!) just totally did me in. Sorry guys, I couldn't even bring myself to step on the scale on Monday. Like, seriously, Sunday was possibly one of the worst I've ever had. I ate so much I honestly thought I was going to vomit and I gave myself a raging headache. I also passed out without doing any homework. So, anyway... not good. I'm just starting to debloat now, after two days of serious workin' out and seriously clean eating. I'll weigh in again next week when I'm feeling a little more human sized.
Although... I did buy a bikini! I'm going to post a pic soon, it's so unbelievably cute! Target did me right after all, I just had to go to a non-Brooklyn store haha
edit: er, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, that is. I am shamed. Sigh.
I won't be weighing in or posting on Monday because Hubby and I are flying to Michigan tonight and won't be back until Monday evening. I imagine it will be somewhat disorrienting to fly someplace where it's 30 degrees. It's been very summer-ish here.
Anyway, good luck to all of you over the weekend. You can do it! And I'm right there with you... binged last night and felt horrible. Definitely trying to get myself back together today! :-P
