Newbie here :D i have been losing weight and have lost 19 kilos by losing a kilo most weeks. i have about another ten kilos to lose..i want to have a nice tummy for summer. i was wondering if i worked hard enough is it possible to acheive in eight weeks? Couldanybody give me any advice?i'm 17
you could definately do it but you would have to be careful. if you just starve yourself you will go into starvation mode and your body will try to keep all the weight it can. i recommend eating your calories but have plenty of snacks of fresh veggies that are very low cal but tht you can fill up on. good luck :)

Try to cut out all carbs and sugers if possible, but keep eating good lean meats, beans, veggies, and some dairy. Youll go into ketosis and DEFINETLY be in that bikini in 8 weeks :) (Ketosis is NOT unhealthy in any way, it is a natural state in which your body burns stored fat instead of carbs when is has no carbohydrates availibale.)
i dont really want to have to cut carbs from my diet..it seems unhealthy to me..i eat wholegrain versions of carbs when i do eat them and i avoid sweet things as much as possible but i will have a treat every once in a while, so i'm not depriving myself. thankyou for your reply
cutting carbs isnt dangerous since the human body is not designed to eat more carbs than protiens, getting carbs from fruit and veggis alone should be enough, we used to be hunters and gatherers = meaning no grain type of food, and i t impossible to cut all the carbs since they a contain in fruit and veggis ^^
would it be possible to reach my goal even if i included carbs through wholegrain versions of food in my daily diet?
