Summer - Frequent Weigh-in
This thread has been created for those who want to post their weigh-ins for the Summer months (June 1st through August 31st).
Encouragement and accountability is here to help you on your healthy journey.

I was so busy with everything, I forgot to post here.
OK here is my weight for June 1st: 462.8. I have lost a total of 17.8 pounds from when I weighed my highest.
May was a very interesting month for me. My weight skyrocketed to 479.6 pounds by May 7th. At that point I really started to put an effort in charting my foods and especially this last week cut off all fast food. The last few weeks I have seen a fluctuation of my weight by 2-3 pounds depending if I took a prescription water pill or not that day. This month I lost 16.8 pounds which I am very proud of - unfortunately for the record of month to month it only shows a 1.8 loss.
Is this a weekly weigh-in? Monthly? Daily?
I try to post my weigh ins daily. I need the accountability. SO .......
So 282.6 this afternoon. After I ate my breakfast. After I ate my lunch. After about 3 bottled waters (starting on my 4th). Makes ya wonder what it was early this morning, don't it.?.?
Curious? Here's what happened... I weighed myself this morning. But I went to fix Breanna her breakfast before I recorded my weight. I was trusting my memory too much. After lunch, I logged in my breakfast and lunch without any trouble. However, when I tried to log in my weight, my mind went blank. For the life of me, I could not remember the number that I saw this morning.

Whatever you want it to be, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, daily, morning, noon or night? The choice is up to the individual for encouragement and accountability.
I know what it is like to have to back track it can be frustrating but good for you for not giving up and sticking with it.
I weighed 385 a week or so ago and now I am 373.0. I have lost seven pounds this week so far with two days to go. I am really excited because I have been in a rut for months and this is the lowest weight for me in forever.
That's awesome Bill! Finally out of that rut huh? That's great! Sounds like you're on a roll!

Norma Jean ~ You're doing great, May was indeed a good month ..... putting an effort in journaling your food was a huge victory in itself! Congratulations on losing 16.8 lbs!!! You go girl!!
As for me, since I began CC (April 20th) I've lost a total of 11.5 lbs! Who da thunk that logging everything you eat, staying within your calories and exercising would be the key to losing weight?!?! LOL!

278.6 this morning. Another 3 pounds gone. Retracing my steps back to 276.0.
Woohoo. Almost Back to the weight before the train wreck of May.
I weighed in at 286.6 on June 1st. Some may think that 8.0 lb in 4 days may be too fast. Maybe so if it wasn't weight that was already tossed. The last two weeks of May was a 10.6 lb yo-yo. Meaning that I was up and down until I had gained 10.6 lbs. Now I'm back on track. I am trying to get control of my sodium.
Denna, I have the same problem.....sodium. I'm having to watch what kind of foods I eat. I had no idea how much sodium was in the foods I choose!!
Norma Jean seeing you post your graphs is what made me look at mine. Thanks for that!

Weighed in this am at 224, another pound gone, hopefully forever but not sure the way I bounce around. Good weather up here this week so I am doing things around the yard that I have not been felt like doing the past couple of years. Hopefully this will help with the exercise and make me fit as a fiddle. Birthday party to go to tomorrow so that may not be good but we will try and keep the eating under control. Last month I averaged 1629 calories per day, suggested by CC to do 1650 so I am a little under the suggestion, that is good. If I can keep it down some days that allows me to cheat some other days. This week I had quite a bit of sugar (mainly from fresh fruit) and quite a bit of sodium this week. By using the spread sheet and planning my meals it is helping me see what areas I need to improve on.
Here are my stats for 06/6/09:

278.8 this morning. Sorta maintaining. I am only up 0.2lb from yesterday. But I am still retracing my steps back to 276.0.

Still at 278.8 this morning. Not only did I Rest, But I think that I just took a nap at 278.8.
I have been here for three days. Trying to retrace my steps back to 276.0.

I wore a skirt today that I haven't worn in a long while for many reasons. And I tucked in my shirt to keep from sliding around (it's a little loose) yahoo!
280.2 this morning. Yesterday, I wanted the see movement in the scales. But this is not what I had in mind. The very high sodium is killing me today. I should have said NO to the salisbury steak with garlic and herb mashed potatoes. Trying to retrace my steps back to 276.0.
