Summer - Frequent Weigh-in

Like you Denna I now too am determined to retrace my steps to 459.2 which I saw ever so briefly on May 23rd - the lowest I have been since starting CC back in August 2008.  At first the scale said 461.4 this morning and then I decided to step on it again.  It locked at 462.6

Great news form the scales this week, weighed in this am at 221 lbs., a couple of lbs. less than expected. I guess the scales are treating me good today. One more lb to go and I will have my June goal of 220. Have a great week verybody.  Roger from Western NY.

Disappointed Frown in my lack of self-control last night.  I guess my salad was not enough when I ate it at 6:15 PM.  I ended up eating some tuna with Frito's corn chips and topped it off with a ice cream drumstick.  By doing this it practically doubled my calorie intake (from 1972 to 3234) and my sodium was more than doubled from a normal range of 2400 to 5930!

My weight went up to 462.2 this morning.  I know it will be higher tomorrow.  Just the pattern I see when I overdo with sodium and fats.  Embarassed

I have gained this week up to 376.0 kind of frustrating, but I am on my way back down.

I have been driving myself crazy trying to keep a monthly total and a weekly total with a daily weight loss.  I am going to simplify things.  So for a while, this what I am going to report.

Each day I am learning something new about my body and how it reacts to stress.  When I have a good nights sleep or I don't.  If I have too much sodium in my system.  What food combinations work best.  I think I may have broken the 60's.  I weighed in at 458.8 this morning.  When I heard this (my scale talks to me) - all I could do is lift my eyes up and say thank you Lord for helping me on this journey of renewal and health.  I also have to thank you for your stories, words of encouragement, and support to keep me going.

 279.2   this morning.  Here we go back UP (again).  Trying to retrace my steps back to 276.0.

I really must be having an affair with 280.0 because I can't seem to get away from it.

This relationship isn't working for me.  We just don't seem to connect on an emotional level.  You can't seem to meet my needs.  I want more out of life.  You are holding me back from my dreams.  I need a healthy lifestyle.  You just want me to be fat and dumpy.

Looking over the history of June, my highest weight was 286.6 on 06/01/09.  My lowest weight was 278.6 on 06/05/09.

I hope that the Dear John letter to 280.0 helps   Surprised
