Oh yeah! I'm dancing!!!

.......another pound bites the dust.........

I'm happy for you too girlfriend!!! Woo Hooo!!!

~Maggie

I have gained!  472.6 - no more dance parties for me  CryCryEmbarassed

I have totally slacked off - no ones fault but my own.  I ordered the Southbeach Diet book.

Dropped to 468.4 - 4.2 pounds on 4 hours of sleep?  I've been yo-yoing with Denna, anyone else?  (hehe)Wink

Just goes to show that your weight gain must have been water retention! That's great!

I have maintained this week. I know it's better than gaining but I'd rather see the scale moving toward the right direction......but I'm not complaining! I know what I need to do!

~Maggie

WOW!  has it really been that long since I've posted my daily weight???

You guys probably thought that I fell off the wagon and was dragging from the bumper.  But nope, I'm still here.  Over in the corner sucking my thumb..... [hehehe]  Dealing with some tough stuff right now....

  • 07/01 = 280.6
  • 07/02 = 281.4
  • 07/03 = 280.2
  • 07/04 = 281.4
  • 07/05 = 282.4
  • 07/06 = 280.8
  • 07/07 = 279.8
  • 07/08 = 278.8

One thing is for certain.  I'm still a yo-yo

We have to have a plan Denna!!! What's it going to take to get you back on the wagon? I'm driving and I'm a coming after you!!!

~Maggie

Hi I just wanted to say that the yo-yo thing seems so common, it's so hard to be consistent sometimes but at least you are going at a good pace. It's better than just losing a lot and then gaining it back easily :)

Inching my way down - lost another 1.2 pounds - weighed  467.2 pounds this morning.

I think that I found part of Norma Jean's 1.2

I bounced back up to 280.2 this morning.

That is 1.4 up from yesterday.

280.0 this morning.

That is 0.2 down from yesterday.  TOMmy stopped my this morning also (early).  So he will be here for the next few days.  As if I didn't have enough to deal with!!!

465.8 this morning.  (I was at 472.6 on Tuesday - don't understand what is going on with this weight fluctuation.)

Hi Everyone, Weighed in this am. at 221, same as last week, A bit discouraging as have been the same for about four weeks now, I am eating less than 1650 per day on the average so I don't feel bad about that. At least I am not 250 any more. We will see what next week looks like, Have a good week, Roger from Western NY.

464.2 this morning - 8.4 pound toss this week still trying to get to my lowest weight of 458.6 I got a glimpse of on 6/22/09.

Good Going, lets tyr for another 8 lbs. next weer.  Roger

282.2   this morning.  Boy is TOMmy holding on to some major fluids!!!!

very disappointing today

TOMmy has his foot on the scale.  Bumped up to 285.0 this morning.

Denna ~ at least you know why there's a gain.  Don't allow the scale to dictate your success. I'm sure you're doing fine in all the other areas such as eating within your caloric intake, exercising....etc.

Keep on Truckin' girlfriend!

Roger~ maintaining is way better than seeing the scale head in the wrong direction! ;-)

Norma Jean ~ Ya Hoooo Ooooo!! I'm doing the happy dance for ya!!!

~Maggie

Today's weigh in is 364.0, my lowest weight since I have been on this journey.

BILL!!!! Congratulations man!!! I'm so happy for you!!! Woooo Hoooo!!!
