Summer - Frequent Weigh-in

I weighed in at 361.9 down 1.2 pounds from yesterday.Cool

Catching the tail end of this one, but will add mine for the last week or so...

Height - 5'7" - Age - 45 - starting weight 278 (June ish - 2009)

Today's weight 266.8.  working toward 250 right now - small steps for me - otherwise I'll get overwhelmed!

Hi everyone, I finally got to my goal of 215 lbs. this  am. It was the goal that I had for August 1, a bit late but I made it. Goal is 210 or September first, probably will not make that in ten days but I will keep tring. Have a good week everyone and see you next week. Roger from Western NY.

Good morning everyone, 227.8 this morning.  Happy to be out of the 230s!  I'm leaving today for a women's retreat.  Taking some of my own snacks to be sure there's some healthy stuff there.  My goal is to maintain through this weekend.  Hope ya'll have a great rest of the week and weekend! Smile

Roger- congrats on meeting your goal of 215 lbs.

Greensparrow, Thanks, I am down to 213-214 now and I finally got out of the 220s, that is good. Seem to stay in that area for ever.  I am hoping for 210 lbs. the end of the month but don't think I will make it. Anyway my belt is 4-6" too long now and I don't top the 250 lb.   Roger from Western NY

Congratulations on reaching your goal of being out of the 220's.  I know you have to feel great. 

You never know what could happen between now and the end of the month, and if I may with the greatest respect...say don't open the door to negative thinking, strive for your goal and if you don't get there you have tried, but don't give yourself a way out before you reach the goal...Hopefully I said that so it makes sense.

Keep your eye on the prize, let no negative thoughts enter your mind and move forward 210 210 210 210. 

And 211 is just as close.

Hi everyone, Weighed in this am at 212 lbs. maybe a little more activity and less eating is the answer. Finally broke out of a level weigh-in for the past few weeks, down a total of 38 lbs. since the first of the year, that is Goooood. Have a good week, Roger from Western NY
