Summer Weght Loss Group Starts Sunday June 22nd
OK I want to go back to school after the summer and look soooo much better. I want to be confident in myself and actually enjoy wearing a pair of jeans. I just want to feel better about myself
I can't do this alone though...EVERYBODY JOIN IN and we'll have weigh ins each week. Its just for motovation. You dont have to tell us anything JUST YOUR WEIGHT. LETS LOUSE THIS WEIGHT

I'm with you! I'm 5'6" and my start weight was 165lbs. I started only drinking water (and "kool-aid" without sugar) and lost 9lbs. Now I'm calorie counting and down to 154. My school starts around August 20th. I better have lost a lot by then, lol.

I'm weighing in today because I had to work yesterday at 6AM (getting up at 5AM just to weigh and measure wasn't happening). I weigh 153-154 (analog scale). My waist and hips are smaller by .5 inches. A pair of pants that I bought a year ago that were sized wrong finally fit me! >.< I'm going to look 1,000x better this semester than last semester. Beating the freshmen fifteen rocked and now I'm losing more weight!
