Gday all;

I'm guessing majority of you are from america, as this is an american site;

but i'm from Australia, and right now, we're heading into summer.

How in the world do you get motivated to exercise when its 35 degrees outside (about 95 degrees faranheight i think Embarassed)

i'm just having trouble getting motivated, and is there any exercises which you guys recommend for summer?

All i want to do is  sit and sun bake :)

Thanks!

Hey Im from Oz as well. I think that if possible, going for a jog or walk around sunset is usually not that bad weather wise and with the sun going down later it means that you could squeeze it in after work (if you're a 9-5er). OR if you get to hang out at the beach, try and include one physical activity each time, like a walk on the sand, or a swim...

...don't forget because of the heat, we sweat alot more so if you're just trying to maintain your weight, you dont need to do as much excersise.

Personally, I'm a gym girl through the week and an early morning/sunset jogger on the weekend. Hope that helps!

haha i completely forgot that you'd loose a little weight simply because it is hotter.

i'm a lucky one, because i'm finishing year 12 tomorrow :) so i can exercise when ever i want, except i'm only 17 and obviously don't have a license.

so normally i've been exercising like mad during the day but i didn't even think of maybe doing it after dinner.

And the beach is a definate, i'm living at the beach for the next two months so its going to be spectacular :)

thanks :)
