Summer's here and I could not be more unhappy.

 A beautiful 70 degrees here in Wisconsin today and I am miserable. 25 pounds heavier than last April, I want to crawl in a hole and die. I am pretty much ready to ram my head into a wall or something.I put on my work tshirt and suck in my gut all day till I almost vomit.

So I'm done with it. I'm not sitting on my a** eating cookies anymore. I am not going to lay around and watch 4 hours of tv. I'm counting my damn calories to 1,200 a day and I am getting up every morning and running.I am going to buy bigger clothes and deal with it until I can fit into smaller ones. I am not going to cry about it anymore to my boyfriend. I am going to do it. I am not going to eat 1 cookie because one turns into 17. I am not going to go through the drive thru because I don't want to make my own lunch. I'm making it. And I am not going to post anymore threads about how much I hate my body because that is not going to make me any thinner. I am going to do this. I am going to lose this crap, for once, I am going to lose it. I am sick of my own excuses and low self esteem. I am sick of being lazy and fat. I have never had I body I like and I want one. I am getting it.It may take me forever but I have a long time.

I agree with you.  I am in teh same boat, gained 30 pounds since last year and I am so sick of crying about it all the time.  Time to do something about it!

schnooder you can do it! you deserve it, and the work will be worth it. just take it day by day, and when things suck, come here and vent.

Don't understand - are the pics in your gallery not you? Cause if they are - you are gorgeous - not at all heavy or overweight.

And, yes, you could be more unhappy. Many, many things are worse than being young and beautiful and living in Wisconsin.

I agree with Kathy!  You are a beautiful young woman!  You don't look at all heavy to me, but if you feel you need to lose a few pounds, go right ahead!  Just know that you are beautiful just as you are!

Yeah, same here dude. I finally stepped up and ran on the treadmille yesterday and I can feel things changing, hopefully!
