Morning folks, I believe the change is supposed to help cut energy use and save a few million dollars. more daylight during regular business hours, using less energy for lighting and heating etc. The whole daylight savings time thing has needed to be revisited for decades, it was set up years ago to somehow benefit farmers.

maybe kipp, esp if you keep going like you have been and have never exercised regularly. :)
I agree with hk if your food intake is good you can do it even without excersise. I have lost 20 in 9.5 weeks.

I am doing well at the food control for sure...and my exercise routine is going very well...I actually jogged half the time yesterday......building up strength to actually run the whole hour is my goal

I finally broke a plateau I have been on for the last 2 weeks. pretty happy about that, I increased my calories a fw hundred and decreased my carbs a bit. Seems to have done the trick. Now if I can just keep from letting myself go ever the weekend, Ill be rolling along again. Gotta keep the momentum moving.
