on sundays, i'm usually home or there's always soem eating function. i do horrible. i just eat all day. i've had like 1000 calories already and it's not even the afternoon. do you guys think glossettes are best chocolate candy to eat? i mean, if it's between those and a snickers bar, i think they'd be better, since they're just chocoalte and raisins. anyway, i had like soo many of those things. ugh feel like a failure.

Actually, I use my weekends to work harder. I guess because during the week I'm busy with work and all that jazz.

yeah i'm busy during the week too, so i'm usually distracted and don't think about food that much. 
I actually tend to do better on Sundays.  I usually will say "oh I'll get back on track Monday" But I start Sunday.  Saturdays however, are my bad days.  I ate like 7 chewy chips-a-hoy cookies yesterday, a good 450 cals XD.  This was right after a big bowl of Annies organic mac-n-cheese.  I was full, but the cookies tempt me, my mom just happend to accidently buy my favorite kind =_=;;;;;

I probably broke even calorie wise, I won't lose, but I won't gain either.
i also have a weakness for cookies. i notice that if i have one, then i can't stop, so i just deny myself altogether. monday is usually my day for getting back on track. sundays are just awful. lol
I know, I shouldn't have opened the package!  I thought I could have just 2, wrongo, tasted wayyy too good, it really is no wonder I gained weight by the way I was eating before XD
yeah, like today, i just HAD to buy those raisins. i just shoudln't have bought them. i thought i could have a handful, but i just shoved the whole thing in my face haha. i was like that before too. i could literally eat packs of mrs. fields cookies and not feel any remorse. 
Man at least raisins are a healthy choice, I no longer like them, but I did as a kid.

I use to eat out a lot, my b/fs eating habits were easy for me to fall into. 

I remember eating some type of food out at least 4 times a week. Chipotle, Elephant Bar, Panda Express, Sushi, Pizza followed by ice cream from Cold Stone, Jack in the box(they have a killer strawberry banana shake).

I'd also never touch a salad lol, now I love salad.

The food I'd make at home wasn't so bad, but I did eat way bigger portions than I should have, plus I was eating some type of desert everynight.

I was easily consuming between 1800 and 3000 calories a day, without batting an eyelash.  Sedentary too.

Honestly I'm lucky I only gained 7lbs in a year. 
you sound just like me. i ate out all the time, especially at the local tim hortons. they have the best ice caps and hot cappuccinos. we also got deep-fried chinese take out like twice a week. i also hated salads, seriously. i just couldn't stand eating vegetables, but now i love them.

i don't wanna guess at how many calories i could eat, probably over 2000. shockingly, i never went over 150. i guess my metabolism kept up with it... lol. sometimes i miss eating whatever i want, but in the long run, being thin is better.

I weigh on mondays because I work a lot on sat and suns, and tend to naturally have low cals days..... I'm off on mon or tue, and tend to eat a bit more... hehehe. see?
Yeah I wish we had Tim Hortons here in the States. Starbucks sucks. =|

Yes I definately have days where I would love nothing more than to gorge.  Even on the days I eat a lot, I'm still at maintenance, I can't seem to fit as much as I use to into my stomach. =)
I normally do better on weekends but I can tell already today migjht be a bad one. I am quite hungry right now and already had a 250-calorie breakfast where I normally eat a 90 calorie yogurt!
I love Starbucks but I am not allowed to have it anymore b/c of the whole diet thing ....... grrrrrrrr. I miss my Frappucino.
