I subscribe to their newsletter, I got that too!!!  It is a GREAT article, so definitely check it out!!!

these foods are on my staples list... if these are not in my apartment I get annoyed, lol.  Greek yogurt with frozen berries and almonds... now there's a super food snack for you!
