Super helpful websites

I am surprised that I can not find a thread dedicated to sharing those super helpful weight loss websites. Here are some of mine. Please add:

Free BMR download calculator. Easy to install and use. I like it particularly, because when I explain to people what my diet is about they always want to know their BMR!

This is a great site for help in setting up resistance workouts.

I find this really helpful for calculating my daily walks - I've even gone out and double-checked with my odometre, and it's astonishingly accurate!

And this one I often use for reference:

Great idea, btw Andy!

Wow!

I am now extraordinarily pleased to have started this thread!

I went for a mega long walk on Sunday - blisters and everything. All week I have been saying to people it must have been 6-7 miles, but wasn't sure as I have no pedometer. So this site is a real find for me. It was 8.44 miles total!!

Thanks ever so much. Wish I hadn't bothered buying that pedometer from ebay last night now! At least I don't have to retrace my walk though to work out the distance!
