that sounds really good actually.

My dinners are pretty normal, but my lunches tend to be pretty weird. I make 'rainbow smoothies' which have all the 'colours' of the rainbow in them:

Red: red bell peppers, raspberries, kidney beans
orange: carrots
yellow: peaches
green: broccoli, spinach, 1tsp olive oil
blue: blueberries
purple: blackberries (are kind of purple, hahah)
white: bananas, plain yoghurt, ice

and I mix it all together and you get a quick, nutritious lunch. Granted, the texture is something to get used to (acquired is too light of a word), but when you don't have time to sit down and actually eat a real meal, this does the trick (the fruit masks the taste of some of the veggies, and is pretty sweet)

My dinners are normal; if I'm rushed, I get a package of Green Giant steamers and defrost/steam 'em in the fridge, then get a frozen packaged fish fillet, bake it for 15-20 minutes and sort of serve the fish on the bed of veggies, then eat it all with some bread.  or instead of the bread and veggies, I'll use a rice pilaf with veggies in it.  gotta get my grains, veggies and proteins in every dinner.  :D

but for breakfast, I LOVE this:

-1 cup fat free cottage cheese
-1 T cocoa powder
-1/2 t cinnamon
-Splenda to taste
-1/2 cup Cheerios or All Bran Extra Fiber

Mix it all together.  It's a chocolaty DREAM and it's not really decadent!  It's about 230 calories, and I normally eat it with an apple, cut into slices for dipping.  If I don't use the cereal I slap it on some toast.

Hey, that doesnt sound too bad! For dinner last night, I had:

Seafood and vegetables in oyster suace

The ingredients for it are:

- Seafood combination (crab, prawn, fish balls and scallops)

- Mixed vegetables (green peppers, onion, broccoli, mushrooms and zucchini)

- Oyster sauce

It was yummy!

I once had some turkey breakfast sausage I had to use up before it went bad so I cut it up and made a stirfry w/ potatos, asparagus, and zuccini. weird but not bad.

I dont know how strange this is but my family thinks it is...

I eat a lean Turkey patty on a toasted slice of sourdough bread.
Instead of lettuce I use a few leafs of spinach.
Then because I cant eat a dry sandwich and I hate Low fat mayo I dip my open faced turkey burger/sandwich in my home made Salsa...

Mmmmm its so yummy and I tend to eat it often because its so easy.

the other day i made like a turkey sandwich taco.

i got a flour tortilla and let it cook on the stovetop awhile so it was a tid bit crunch and set ontop a few slices of oscar mayer oven roasted turkey slices,  2 slices of tomato a few strips of lettece a few mushrooms, a cut up pickle, and just ketchup and mustard. suprisingly it was ready good and it was only 130 calories!

umm....what are fish balls??  [[i asked all of my co-workers first...and none of them knew.  please.  enlighten us.]]

Fish testicals.

Fish balls are made up of fish meat that has been pulverised by hand. Fish balls are a type of food product made from surimi, commonly used to mimic lobster, crab and shellfish meat.

They taste delicious.
