Supper in a Dish Recipe

Meat and vegetable dish cooked in crock pot

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 75/25, browned, drained
2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
15 1/4 oz corn, drained
15 oz peas, drained
14 1/2 oz sliced carrots, drained
14 1/2 oz green beans, drained
16 oz tomato sauce
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Layer each ingredient in crock pot, starting with ground beef and ending with tomato sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours. Place cheddar cheese on top at end of cooking time until melted.
