supper
is it best to have carbohydrates at supper or protein , i keep hearing different stories, i tend to have cereal and milk , juice and a cereal bar , i heard people saying eat things like cottage cheese. i really wouldnt fancy that for supper , and when gaining weight its better to eat what you like , and anything cheesy makes me dream any ideas h x

I think its best just to eat what you feel like, I couldnt stomach a bowl of cottage cheese at night! It depends really on what you like to eat.
Personally before bed I like cereal of some sort as well or else I`ll have toasted pitta bread or maybe a cereal bar and a bit of yoghurt.
If you had cereal with milk for example your getting some carbs and protein, really I wouldnt worry about which is best, just go with what you like to eat.
well ive actually hit the 2500 mark today , what an emotional wearing day, but im still here, i just hope i can keep it up and the guilt lessens thanks for all your help , glad you didnt say cottage cheese![]()

You need to have both. At every meal. Along with fats, and a fruit or veggie.
Eat what you want, as long as its enough calories. No regrets love!
Last night for supper I had 2 slices of toast with butter and cinnamon sugar. So good! I also like to make a quick omelette with cheese.
It's best to eat what your body is craving, in my opinion. So the answer is, eat whatever you feel like, so long as those calories stay up.

Ill second the "eat whatever you want" theory...at this stage just nourishing yourself is the most important thing along with finding and enjoying foods you actually like :)
funny cause all i want to drink is milk shall have to get a cow in the back garden if this keeps up
That's so funny, I can't STAND milk but I absolutely crave yoghurt. I will go 50/50 with you on a cow, if you like, and you can use the milk and I'll make yoghurt... (let's hope no vegans are reading this!)
