calcium is my only supplement.
I take Ester-C sometimes, but only 'cuz hubby works for the company.
So far I take:
Multivitamin (1) in the morning after my apple.
CAL K - Potassium/Calcium Supplement because Im not getting enough Pot/Cal in my diet as it is.
RevXP - Thermogenic Energy Supplement (Helps keep metabolic rates up - and push out those extra reps when I am doing my weights).
I May start with the Creatine for when I start doing my heavier weights in the summer time - but I still want to research more on that first.

I take a multivitamin, glucosamine, and a couple amino-chain supplements....
Just a women's multivitamin for the calcium and iron.
- Multivitamin (just to be sure), zinc (glacoma aid), and C (for for serveral reasons).
I take a multivitamin, and a fish oil supplement. From everything
I know, those are a great thing to take--another one with lots of
omega-3s and such to keep your cardiovascular system strong. I
would recommend one thing, though. I don't know if you have to,
but DEFINATELY take it with food. I used to take mine in the
mornings while getting ready before eating breakfast, and within 5 min.
it would make me sick. One time I actually threw up because I
couldn't run and get a yogurt fast enough. Tasted like
fish--YUCK! (I'm sure you all didn't want that descriptive of a side
effect, but hey, just so you know. :) )

Multivitamin (can't hurt)
Flaxseed Oil -it's supposed to improve dry skin. since it also has other benefits to my health, if it doesn't help my skin, it's got to be helping something else. lol

When I remember to do so, I take a multivitamin and a calcium pill. I get lazy about it a lot, though -_- .
I've been known in the past to take other supplements, like Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Biotin, Brewer's Yeast, etc. but I'm really poor, so I can't afford to keep them all up right now. Maybe once I get an actual job. . . Well, except the Brewer's Yeast. . . won't be taking that again, 'cause I had an allergic reaction to it O_o . Weird how I have no allergic reaction to bread, but those yeast pills broke me out in a rash. . .

I don't take any pills... except those Flintstone vitamins when I'm at home :) I drink Vitamin water, and I really get so many of my vitamins from that that I think I'm fine with vitamins right now.
I take vitamin c with zinc because this helps protect immune system, and cod liver oil with garlic
Hi all
I take a multi-vitamin/mineral with flavenoids/anti-oxidants, flax oil for omega 3's, a fiber pill to keep me going (HAHA), acidolphius for good gut bacteria, a "green drink" and sometimes I do a whey protein drink for a breakfast meal because I do not always feel hungry in the morning but know I need something. And I take a spoonful of bee pollen for my allegies/immune system.

I take glucosamine, because at the tender age of almost 30, I've inherited the family curse of arthritis. So far I'm quite impressed.
I also mix an Emergen-C packet with my morning water. I bring one with me to work (to have in the afternoon) because those things pack more oomph than any amount of Red Bull, coffee, or pop (err, soda?) combined, with the added benefit of boosting the ol' immune system and offering a lot of additional vitamins.
I also take a green tea supplement every day as well. Supposively it boosts metabolism, but it's also chock full of wonderful antioxidants.
I really should start taking calcium. I'll have to put them on my grocery list for tonight.

I take one hydroxycut before i go and work out... it gives me a lot of energy, and gets my heart rate up faster to burn off the fat calories. I also take Vitamins.
I take;
Vitamin A, B, C, E, Multi-Vitamin, Zinc - for many different reasons.
Iron- I have to eat on a regular basis or i'll get real light headed (low blood-sugar). Iron helps keep me more leveled.
Multi-Mineral-Many bottled waters barely have minerals in them compared to what you would get out of tap water. Your body needs Minerals for many different things, muscles, bones etc.. Sometimes I'll aslo take a Calcium tablet for bone structure but I do drink A LOT of milk so I don't take them on a regular basis.

I take a multi-vitamin every day, as well as some herbal appetite supressant thing...does that count as a vitamin?
