A few months ago, I had finally gotten my body to where I was really happy with it.  While I have never been overwieght, I have always wanted to improve, tone up, and be healthy, fit, and slim.  However, in the past 2 months I have fallen off the wagon and have basically lost all self control.  Then I got sick, and that took a toll on my exercise routine.  I have been eating junk and I cant seem to stop.  As a result of my lack of self control, I have gained back everything I lost, plus more.  My clothes are fitting tight and uncomfortable, and I am not liking what I see in me anymore.  It is even starting to effect my relationship with my boyfriend.

 

So I am looking for someone who maybe is in this same place, or has been before.  I need some support, some motivation to get me back on track.  I know I cannot continue to do this.  Whether it is right or wrong, I feel like I could use someone to check in with and communicate about this.

 

I am also open to any suggestions anyone may have!

I'm in a pretty similar situation. Since graduation from college and turning 21 I put on weight and weigh more than I have since highschool (I was a chunky kid). I'm not over weight but fitness, health, eating well and staying slim is important to me and I need movation to get back on the wagon.

Right now my gym is doing a 6 week make over challenge which is helping but I still need some motivation to stay on track and not make excuses for pigging out and not excersizing. I'd love a checkin-in buddy, someone I have to be accountable to
