I see most of every one here are girls not guys, so I think I will stick out this time.
About two years ago I was 5'11'' and 280lb
I am in pharmacy school and every time I stepped into the classroom they were talking about a new disease with the first population on the highest risk patient list is obese and overweight people.
So I got sick of it and I decided to lose it all
It took me about 6 months and I went down to 231 and I was hanging around there for about a year and a half, till the last 2 month I went up again to 249 and I was like NO.
Now my new goal is 210lb by April 27th. My graduation date :)
But when my name will be called, I will not be the fat BLOB walking down the stage. And that’s a promise to myself and who ever wants to join the bandwagon
Who ever is in, put me to your friend list and we shall be in contact through this thread for weights and advances.

Did my weigh in this morning. 213.4 I don't think I am going to hit my goal of being 200 by my birthday. only 2 weeks left, but I may be close. I worked extra hard this week to lose the weight gained from Easter. I am happy with my progress so far. My husband noticed that I am starting to get muscle definition in my tummy. I haven't done my measurements yet. I couldn't believe the scale so I called my husband over and even he was excited. It is nice to get comments about how people are starting to notice in my face and in my clothes, that they are fitting looser.
it's great. I will have to do updated pictures soon.
this weeks weigh in is 212.6. I am not going to reach my short time goal. I am not going to lose 13 lbs in 2 days, but that is okay because I am close. I see no one has posted anything for a while. Not sure why.
Wow, it's been a long time since I written in this forum. Karrene you look amazing I checked out your pictures and you can totally see the weight loss. Way to Go I am very proud of you :)
Well I have been having a rough couple of weeks. I have not been able to lose any weight but instead have gained 2lbs. I've been eating right hitting the gym 6 times a week but the scale does not want to go down. I have now hired a personal trainer. Hopefully we can change this problem. But besides these two weeks I am very proud on my weight loss success. I have lost since February 2008 a total of 43 lbs.
Anyways I hope everyone is doing well.
