Hi guys...
I really need some support. I've been lax with my diet (not before-diet crazy, but not good) and generally low with my life. This is the point I would normally have given up before (esp. after putting on two pounds without realising). I just seem snacky and unhealthy.
I think part of me is low because I've still not dropped below 11 st which has been my big goal and I've been eating healthy for six months and althout I lost a over 14lbs it's getting to me.
So what do you think of my contingency plan?
1. Make ten posts on this forum which will give me a motivation to come back and post regularly.
2. Drink 3 glasses of water tonight.
3. Early bed.
Anyway, I really need some support just to kick start my motivation.
Any comments appreciated.
Emmy

we can do this together!!!!!!
sounds like a good start to me!
noo reallyy i know EXACTLY how you feel. ive just recently lost two pounds and over the weekend i gained back 3 pounds from just binge eating on junk food. weeree in this togetherrr!!! lets keep it up and stay in there, we can all lose it together
1 a.) Perform some introspection to see what motivated me to binge or what circumstances enabled it.
See that's the problem - it wasn't a binge as such (I don't think I went over 1500 cals on any of the days), it was just patch of time where dieting was not that important to me. I didn't go crazy or even back to how I used to eat.
I just don't have any energy - and as such I didn't go shopping for healthy food, meaning the only food around was my parents less than perfect food meaning my count was higher than normal. I didn't have the energy to get weighed in the morning. I just crashed when I got home instead of exercising.

Sounds to me like you may not be getting the right nutrients if you are that tired. Try adding a multi-vitamin daily and make sure to be as balanced as possible (my carbs are always high, which can cause peaks and troughs...wired one minute and asleep at my desk an hour later), but I do make an effort to get my fruits and veggies in. Energy is what you need, you have the motivation...you can do it!
