No sure what to put for "Activity Level" in my settings

Quote  |  Reply

I work in a job where I am on my feet maybe half the time (working with kids) and sitting at a desk or in the car half the time.  I work out 60 min or more 7 days per week doing either kickboxing, yoga, pilates, dance, elliptical and/or weight training.  I log all my exercise activities.  Any suggestions on the most accurate "Activity level" description for my lifestyle?  I'm sure I'm not eating enough because I am looking at an incorrect Burn Meter.

Thanks for any advice!

If you walk less than 5,000 steps a day you are actually still considered "sedentary".  Up to 9,999 is considered only low activity.  I know it sounds crazy.  But here is an article you can check out.  It is a good that you are listing your activities seperately.
