I am not sure what to do....
So I started this diet 10 days ago and something isn't right. I am losing weight way too fast. I am eating the 2100 (or more) calories I am suppose to. I have shed 7 pounds already and even though I like the weight loss, I know it is way over the 2 pounds a week rule. Thoughts or suggestions?
Sounds like you're doing great... you usually lose the most in the first couple weeks. I wouldn't be worried about it! I lost way more in the begining.
It could have been water weight. Were you eating a lot of sodium rich foods before? Have you increased your water intake? If so, you could have been retaining water. Just an idea. Give it some time and see if your loss will even out, because it should. Hope that helps!

As far as I know I was not pounding sodium rich foods but I wasn't keeping track either(so this could very well be. I have increased my water intake so I guess it could be just water weight...
Everyone loses weight quickest right at the beginning of a diet. I lost 10 lbs the first 2 weeks of my diet! It will level out and slow down soon, so just enjoy it!
