I have found the simpler scales are the best.  The ones that do body fat % are inaccurate and are affected by many things. (see consumer reports) Unless you need the memory features they're a waste too, especially if ur logging Ur weight here.  The best scale I ever had was the cheapest weight watchers scale I could find all it did was weigh me in whole lbs.  A small flood killed it and I currently have a homedics scale that does bmi and cal target predictions for two users.  features I never use but it was on clearance at bed, bath and beyond and I had a store credit. But it does weight me with 1 lb of my doctors scale and I haven't had any issues.  The big thing with digital scale is to make sure your not heavier then the max weight on it (I saw some that only go to 200lb).  Another reason I got the homedics because it weighs up to 350lbs and I was 320lb when I started CC.

My suggestion is purchase from someplace that has a good exchange/refund policy that way if you don't like the one you choose you return it and get another.

Hi, Pamm.  So nice to meet you.  Homedics is a respected brand.

thanks, I don't need bells and whistles. Just something reliable.
