I'm no expert but I don't think its possible to JUST gain muscle with no fat but to put on as much muscle as possible do some weight training.  Lift heavy weights but make sure you eat a LOT ! Also, not sure what you eat now but you may want to increase your protein a little if you want to build muscle :)

i take in around 90-120 grams of protein daily so is that too  little ? n thnks for advice

I'm sure someone will nitpick flaws in this, but I can't argue with my own results. What has been working for me is I eat 100-300 extra calories for a week while lifting weights. Then I usually end up eating a lot less calories for a couple days, and repeat. It hasn't really been intentional, but so far I've gained a couple pounds and I have less body fat than before. I have to stop it. I have like, no fat, so I look weirdly muscular. Ugh.

isee isee isee  at first when i read i thought it said eat 100-300 calories a day for 1 week i almost pooped myself  =p

*Giggles* Oh my gosh, I'd keel over by 10 AM! Haha.

haha yeah i knw bout to say thats like one protein shake a day =p

Not sure what is the right amount for you but I know that a lot of people trying to put on muscle have about 1g of protein per lb so eg. 150lbs = 150g of protein.

If you have an ectomorphic body type - its hard for you to put on any weight of any kind - both muscle and bodyfat. If you are weight training and eating enough protein and fat to supplement the new muscle growth, you really don't have to worry about your bodyfat. It will equal out.
