Comfort Food:

depends. When im stressed, its late, and im cheating: a kit kat bar. Most honestly perhaps: a cigarette. In my fantasy life where i could ignore the fact that its 2x's my daily calorie intake: roasted turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, and pumpkin pie! Or more realistically without indulging in self injurious behavior: fresh halibut. 

Snack: apple, think pink by cliff bar. 

Breakfast: oatmeal with wheat germ, a piece of fruit, and COFFEE. 

Lunch: grandma's turkey soup and a toasted slice of her home made bread! omg. 

Dinner: HALIBUT and a veggie

Treat: raw honey. 

Chocolate: evil tempter! 

Ice Cream: the fact that it exists. 

Fruit: honey crisp apples! how did we ever live without these? 

Vegetable: fresh peas off the vine, beets. 

Hot Drink: morning coffee with 2%, brewed strong and at home. 

Cold Drink: water, no ice. green kombucha. 

Alcoholic Drink: a shot of elijah craig or a vodka gimlet.

Flavoring/Seasoning: cinnamon, vanilla, various vinegars, garlic.

Condiment: mayo, garlic dills, sliced fresh tomatoes from the garden.

Dinner: a wrap with a low calorie tortilla, boca brushetta tomatoe basil parmesan burger, 1/4 cup hunt's tomatoe sauce, slice of reduced fat provolone and sprinkled with 2 tsp of parmesean with a side of steamed and seasoned veggies

Treat: Edy's no sugar added double churned  cookie dough ice cream

Chocolate: Jell-o sugar free chocolate pudding

Treat: and baked good, but especially white chocolate macademia cookies (subway makes a killer one!)

Chocolate: I'm spoiled with very good quality chocolate after spending a semester in Germany.  I like Lindt, Mozart truffles, and Kinder Bars!  But I love my all-american butterfingers :-)

Ice Cream/Fro-Yo/Sorbet: Dairy Queen Blizzards!!  especially french silk pie.  Also love cake batter ice cream from cold-stone

Comfort Food: Chicken and Dumplings (Granny's recipe)

Snack:  Never been a snacker

Breakfast:  This is "super breakfast" and I will have it on Superbowl Sunday as a treat- biscuits and white gravy with crumbled sausage and a fried egg on top

Lunch: Salmon sashimi with white rice covered in crushed sesame seeds and nori on the side

Dinner:  Fried catfish (with tons of Tabasco, tartar, fresh lemon and ketchup), fries, hushpuppies and coleslaw- This would be my death meal if I was sent to the chair.

Treat: Apple Pie ala mode

Chocolate:  Hershey's Kisses with almonds

Ice Cream/Fro-Yo/Sorbet:  Blue Bell Chocolate Extreme
