10) when was the last time you went to the gym, or exercised?: i went to the gym yesterday, and i'm going in like 45 minutes.

7) what's your favorite calorie-reduced product?: The "light" thick and creamy yogurts are so delicious!  I don't eat them anymore because they're bad for my ED, but even though they used to give me stomachaches from all the artificial sweeteners I think they taste better than regular yogurts.

8) do you try to eat clean?: Haha, no!  I'm gaining, so I eat "whatever I want" and I get most of my calories from milkshakes and fun-size chocolate bars.

10) when was the last time you went to the gym, or exercised?: I exercise every weekday, so that would be two days ago.

11) what's your favorite form of exercise?: AMT trainer (Alternate Motion Trainer).  If you haven't seen these, look it up.  It's kinda like an elliptical, but the balance changes as you move too, so the workout is more intense.  Love this thing!

13) do you strength-train?: I have hand weights, but I barely touch them.

5) how much do you weigh currently?: I weighed 115 when I left for school (end of august) and I won't get a chance to weigh myself until I get home for thanksgiving. I sense I have probably gained a few lbs. When I come back I'm bringing a scale with me.

6) are you happy with your body?: on good days. In general I don't think I have an unattractive body but I don't always feel 100% confident.

8) do you try to eat clean?: I make a conscious effort to eat more food and hardly any "food product" but I don't claim to be a clean eater or anything. I realize that real food fills you up better and usually makes it easier to eat less.

10) when was the last time you went to the gym, or exercised?: I walk tons everyday, but the last time I consciously exercised was (sigh) wednesday. It was kind of a rough weekend. I'm going tonight to my two favorite classes though and I'm excited :) I love that being healthy makes me get excited about exercise.

12) what's your least favorite form of exercise?: running! It's hard on my knees and I have motivation problems.

13) do you strength-train?: I take a class at the gym called "Total Body Conditioning" that does a lot of strength training. I'm unlikely to do it on my own though.

14) how often do you go to the gym or exercise?: I go to the gym 4 days a week always. Sometimes I go 5, rarely 6 though. And I do a LOT of walking.

15) does anyone else exercise with you? (friends, family, etc): I take a couple classes so a whole room full of people :) I can exercise by myself though.

6) are you happy with your body?: Yeah. Still losing weight, but happy with where I am at the moment.

8) do you try to eat clean?: As much as I can, which is around 80-85% of the time now.

9) do you have a gym membership?: Nope! Too expensive for this college kid...but my apartment has a small fitness room that even has some free weights!

10) when was the last time you went to the gym, or exercised?: Yesterday morning (Saturday) right after I woke up at 8:30 AM!
