Good idea!  It's so interesting how so many people who are at my dream weight are unhappy with their bodies.  Just goes to show, perspective is everything.  Self-esteem is never tied to a dress size.

not to be rude, but if your weight-loss goals aren't healthy, don't post here. not only are you harming yourself, but you're triggering other people and maybe even putting other people at risk of developing eating disorders.
