Eggs! Scrambled or poached. MMMM

A wholegrain sandwhich with tuna/sardines, onion, avocado, mushroom, garlic, sometimes beans. Toasted. With low fat cheese. AMAZING :)

What is your favorite weight loss dinner:

A HIGE stirfry with every vegetable you can think of and some sort of protein (seafood, fish, etc)

What is your weight loss dessert:

Dont really have dessert but I've made this one with a banana mashed witha  few chocolate buttons and wrapped in filo. Really good and low and cals :)

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day):

MMM snacks are at least 3 apples (LOVE them, as soon as I wake up the first thing I do is grab an apple), grain snacks, yoghurt, smoothies,

When I eat depends on how hungry I am but as a binge eater I sometimes eat every two hours. It just keeps me on the straight and narrow knowing food isnt far away

 What is your indulgent dessert:

Cheesecake. MARS BAR cheesecake :P SO bad for you.

What are the few things that you avoid:

Nothing really. I just try to keep everything balanced

What is your favorite workout:

Pump class! Treadmill running.

 How do you stay motivated:

Think of my goal (going to Vegas and Hawaii in April so wanna look better than those Vegas girls)!!!

If you could lose weight anywhere on your body where would it be: My tummy and inner thighs.

What is your favorite weight loss breakfast: Oatmeal with some Splenda.  Yum!

What is your favorite weight loss lunch: a tuna sandwich and a mango smoothie with protein powder

What is your favorite weight loss dinner: brown rice, grilled vegetables, and some salmon in a soy dressing

What is your weight loss dessert: sugar free chocolate jello!

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): popcorn, odwalla bars, apples, carrots... my snacks vary.  I eat snacks maybe 2 - 3 times a day.

What is your indulgent dessert: ice cream

What are the few things that you avoid: chocolate bars, candies, french fries, croissants

What is your favorite workout: running a 5k, walking a bit to cool down, and then working on a muscle group

How do you stay motivated: sign up for races; step on the scale each morning; decide that for Christmas I want a slightly lighter, stronger, and faster me

If you could lose weight anywhere on your body where would it be: My inner thighs, and stomach.

What is your favorite weight loss breakfast: I don't really have a favourite. I really like shredded wheat and bananas though.

What is your favorite weight loss lunch: A sandwich on 12 grain bread. I need a quick lunch to pack for school, and ham, cheese, and lettuce is the best.

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): Usually a piece of toast with some pb, yogurt, weight watchers bars, some fruit, or a small salad. I think I eat snacks about 3 times a day.

What is your indulgent dessert: cake

What are the few things that you avoid: I try to avoid sweets and things like chips, I also stay away from pop unless it's at a special occasion.

What is your favorite workout: Anything to do with strength training. I love Jillian Micheals' videos.

How do you stay motivated: I think of where I started and how far I've come. I keep telling myself that sitting around and doing nothing is not going to bring me to my goals, I have to make that effort, and I will get there eventually.

coffee and low fat muffin

fruits, vegies, soychips- around 3 times a day.

Fried food and red meat

By being on track with counting calories and working out, I feel better about myself. Also, I love fitting nicely into my clothing!!

What is your favorite weight loss breakfast: Dish of fruit and plain yogurt

What is your favorite weight loss lunch: Large salad with some protein and balsamic vinegar

What is your favorite weight loss dinner: Chicken Cattatorie (sp?), lots of fresh vegs

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): I'm going to try to eat more, but before I ate no snacks. It's just not part of my culture.

What is your indulgent dessert: Apple crisp, creme brulee, ice cream, chocolate

What are the few things that you avoid: Not much, but I *should* stay away from cereal because I eat WAY too much of it sometimes.

What is your favorite workout: I run around in my apartment either playing solitaire or speed-cleaning.

How do you stay motivated: This is so hard for me right now. I have been chronically undereating and gaining weight so motivation is something I need in a tenfold. I'm focusing on eating 1500 calories of food I love and not being ashamed or guilty about it.

OP I thought you were in recovery from anorexia. Why are you posting weight-loss surveys?

What is your favorite MAINTENANCE lunch: right now i've been having pasta almost daily, with a veggie burger, and veggies with soy sauce

What is your favorite MAINTENANCE dinner: hmmm...vegetarian chili with a bit of sour cream and shredded cheese on top

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): i eat many small meals a day...i have string cheese almost daily, cheese crackers, granola bars, apples

How do you stay motivated: that's a toughie...i guess i just AM!! i can't describe it. it's my way of life.

 



If you could lose weight anywhere on your body where would it be:My stomach. I'm a guy so I tend to gain weight there. I'd also like my face to be a bit thinner.

What is your favorite weight loss lunch: Usually a sandwich on whole wheat bread and some fruit.

What is your favorite weight loss dinner: Chicken or steak with fruit and some vegetables.

What is your weight loss dessert: I usually opt for having larger portions at meals rather than have desserts.

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): Same as above. Although sometimes I'll grab a little bit of the junk lying around the house.

What is your indulgent dessert:Again more likely to indulge in food.

What are the few things that you avoid: Fast food which I used to eat alot.

What is your favorite workout: Mostly cardio. Running. I've gotten into Wii Fit recently. Its pretty fun.

How do you stay motivated: Its only been about a month so it hasn't been hard to stay motivated so far. I like video games so I've set milestones and when I hit them I'll by myself one.

What is your favorite weight loss dinner: amy's organic spinach lasgna (it's not a weight loss fave just a fave that i eat anyway - not a lot of cals in it and fills me up)

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): i like celery with ranch dressing and a 100 cal pack of something (i'm good at eating JUST that one)

What is your indulgent dessert: depends - it's been awhile since i've had one but i love those godiva double choc chip cookies at sbucks - i haven't had one in three months which is super impressive for me since i see them like everyday)

How do you stay motivated: i think fear is a good motivator - and i'm afraid of an upcoming reunion -ha.

What is your favorite weight loss lunch: two sandwiches-one cheese and ham, the other turkey

What is your favorite weight loss dinner: Huge chicken breast seasoned with green beans/asparagus/veggie salad/brocolli with tomato sauce and maybe a little butter.

What is your weight loss dessert: Strawberries with coolwhip and chocolate syrup

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): I eat many small meals/snacks; typically fruit or a yogurt/cottage cheese

What is your indulgent dessert: Ice cream at a local parlor or some chocolate drizzled brownie-warmed up of course

What are the few things that you avoid: For now, ice cream in the house (I can't stop myself from finishing a whole carton *slaps hand)

What is your favorite workout: Probably running while watching some television or even reading a book (yes, my hand is now so used to holding steady while running I can do it)

How do you stay motivated:  I see some of my relatives struggle to get out of chairs, contract heart disease, are at risk for diabetes at an early age, the med students around me who just love to analyze every lifestyle:)

What is your favorite workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical, then weights, or Zumba on mondays and saturdays!

What is your weight loss dessert: I currently don't eat any deserts.  If I do happen to eat desert it's normally sugar free jello with grapes.

What is your weight loss dessert:  There is such a thing? xD  I dunno, Zone bars satisfy my sweet craving, but I like some juice bars as well.

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day):  I have two snacks.  One after breakfast and one after lunch.  Usually just an apple or glass of milk.

am I really the only one who want to lose weight first in the face and the arms? my arms are killing me!!!!! i loathe them more than my thighs (i don't wear shorts but i want to wear short sleeves!!!)

What is your favorite weight loss breakfast: I don't really think of my meals as "weight loss meals" but my favorite breakfast is an onion bagel with cream cheese. I buy single-serving cream cheese packets at Costco, they are great!

What is your favorite weight loss lunch: My favorite lunch is a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread and a bunch of grapes

What is your favorite weight loss dinner: My dad makes this really great chicken with orange glaze (it's supposed to be a copy of the meal at Applebee's).. so I love that with broccoli, green beans and some rice pilaf

What is your weight loss dessert: I don't really like "dessert" food but I make smoothies - 8 oz Sunny Delight and frozen fruit - strawberries, grapes, mango, pineapple, peach

What are your snacks and how many do you eat (times a day): Sugar Free strawberry jello (10 calories!!) - I probably eat at least one of these a day. They're awesome. I also like 100 calorie packs. I also eat a lot of grapes and 100-calorie Pop Secret popcorn

What is your indulgent dessert: I'm not really a dessert fan.. but I really love to have a pack of Hostess banana walnut mini muffins

What are the few things that you avoid: Pop. I don't like it at all

What is your favorite workout: 45 minutes on the elliptical with my iPod
