Eggs - Scrambled, although I eat very few eggs, just don't have much of a taste for them.  Once in a while I'll make a frittata.
Potato - Baked, don't eat too many potatoes nowadays.  Mashed potatoes used to be trigger food for me, so I try not to push it.

Beans - Any way, I'm a vegatarian - I eat a lot of beans
Corn - Whole kernel and in tortillas, but I don't eat too much corn.  Also we grill corn on the cob in the summer.
Cheese - I eat not too much cheese, but have a preference for it on its own, sliced, and preferably a stinky, strong variety of cheese.  Use parmesan and  feta sometimes in recipes too.
Meat - not applicable
Nuts - Almond butter is my second favorite food, but I like nuts as snacks, chopped up in recipes and salads too

Carrots - I've never had carrots in a dessert, I'll have to try that.  Otherwise, raw, cooked, in salad.
Milk - In yogurt,  I don't like drinking milk plain
Rice - Occasionally will use in a recipe, sometimes will have if we go out for dinner.  Brown and wild rice preferably, but will stoop to white if that's all there is
Fish - Not applicable
Oats - I have tried to learn to like oatmeal but haven't.  Otherwise, my Mom's homemade oatmeal cookies are the best on the planet.

Eggs  - Egg WHITES

Potato= Baked!

Berries= Fresh, but frozen works great for my smoothies or heated up for a snack!

Tomatoes= ahhh ALL. but mostly RAW!

Beans= always put beans on my salads and in my chicken soup I make

Corn= on the cob for sure

Cheese= no cheese for me

Meat= main course and on salads (chicken and fish!)

nuts= in granola that I make, top on yogurt or eat raw as a snack, and peanut butter of course ...ahhh all ways are great

Green Veggies= hmm all. Depends what kind. I looove my steamed broccoli and cauliflower though.

Milk= greek yogurts or hot milk before bedtime

Rice= brown rice occasionally just cooked by itseld

Fish= poached or baked or steamed

Oats= OATMEAL. every morning for breakfast and I use it to make granola
