Green veggies - Sauteed with Olive Oil, Garlic, A little bit of lemon juice, Salt & Pepper (or roasted this way) 

Fish - Steamed, grilled/broiled, in soup, or raw? = ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!!!

 

Eggs - don't like them

Potato - peeled, baked

Berries - heated on cereal and yogurt

Tomatoes - with hummus, raw

Beans - cooked with rice

Corn - don't like

Cheese - with chicken

Meat - is sushi meat?

Nuts - almonds, roasted in oatmeal

Green veggies - in anythingggg;)

Carrots - shredded in rice bowls/stir fry/ carrot cake

Milk - cereal

Rice - stirfrys
