Potato - baked sweet potato

Berries - anyway

Tomatoes - in sauce....or under mozzarella

Beans - black, in soup, chili, mashed, shoot anyway

Corn - on the cob, bread, hot cereal

Cheese - plain

Meat - deli meat or entree

Nuts - plain

Green veggies - steamed or in/as salad

Carrots - raw

Milk - any way (but warm bleh!!)

Rice - steamed

Fish - grilled/broiled/baked

Oats - oatmeal/granola
