For those who love to get distracted by surveys in this forum, here's another for your favorite dishes at the following chain restaurants.  If you haven't been to that restaurant, you can guess your favorite dish or voice what you would like to try.

i'll answer for the places that i frequent, but it's a short list:

Pizza fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc): pizza73, italian sausage and mushroom

Sub sandwiches (Subway, Quizno's, etc): quizno's portabello mushroom prime rib

Starbucks: grande non-fat latte or grande coffee frappuccino, depending on the season

as for the rest of the list, i've either never been or never need to go again ;)

Hamburger fast food (McDonald's, Wendy's, etc) Carl's Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger

Chicken fast food (KFC, Popeye's, etc): El Pollo Loco has a fabulous 800 calorie chimichanga

Pizza fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc): Abby's Pizza ( Grants Pass, OR) Skinny special

Sub sandwiches (Subway, Quizno's, etc): I don't like chain sub shops. The Mom and Pop places around here have the best steak and cheese subs

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc): China Wonder egg rolls

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): Taco Bell Crunch wrap supreme

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc): Not a huge Ice cream fan

I don't actually eat most of those foods anymore, actually dieting has saved us money cuz we don't go out to eat so much anymore... but those are some of the things I really liked when I did go there.

OK.  I have to preface my post with the fact that I don't really like the chain restaurant concept, although... sometimes they happen.  In that case, here's some of the things I like:

Hamburger fast food (McDonald's, Wendy's, etc):  Jack in the Box - Chicken Fajita Pita with curly fries

Chicken fast food (KFC, Popeye's, etc):  Potato wedges, dipped in mashed potatoes and gravy

Pizza fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc):  Pizza Hut garlic twisty bread!

Sub sandwiches (Subway, Quizno's, etc):  Subway - Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc):  Don't waste my energy on fast food chinese.  BLECK.

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc):  Beef soft taco

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc):  Cold stone - a BUCKET of cheesecake flavor, with brownie, cherry pie filling, graham cracker, caramel, and pralines mixed in.  Mmmmm...

Bubba Gump:  Don't have it, don't want to have it.

IHOP:  I hate ihop, but if forced to go, I'll eat plain pancakes.

Arby's:  Don't think I've ever been there.

Cheesecake Factory:  Hate it, won't go unless forced.  Probably won't eat if forced.  Overpriced chain restaurant crap.

Starbucks:  In winter, nonfat double tall latte.  In summer, the same, but iced.

Sizzler:  Don't WANT to go there, ick.  When I was a kid, they had this weird cookies and cream marshmellow fluff that I LOVED.  I haven't been there in two decades.

Red Lobster:  Mmmm, cheese bread.  Everything else is vile.

The only one on that list that I've eaten at in the past 3 years is Panera.  I get the chicken, walnut, gorgonzola salad with the dressing on the side, and a piece of whole grain bread, no butter.

Edited to add:  Oops!  forgot that dinner at Romano's Macaroni Grill.  I ordered a pasta dish if I remember correctly, and ate only half of it.  I have rules at Italian restaurants - eat the salad first, dressing on the side.  Don't eat the bread.  Drink only water.  Enjoy the pasta.

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc): uhhhh worked at panda and hated it...Kung Pao chicken? Safeway chinese is the WORST

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): 3 amigos/Baja Fresh taco

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc): GOLDEN SPOON any flavor

Hamburger fast food (McDonald's, Wendy's, etc): Wendy's Burger, plain with onions and ketchup only, fries (of course) and a diet coke or McDonald's Crispy chicken sandwich, plain but with their BBQ sauce, fries and a diet coke

Chicken fast food (KFC, Popeye's, etc): KFC Crispy stip meal w/ honey mustard dipping sauce, coleslaw, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuit / honey

Pizza fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc): Pepperoni, thin crust, crispy . . .

Sub sandwiches (Subway, Quizno's, etc): Quizno's Italian

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc):

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): Taco Bell Steak Gordita, no lettuce and a diet pepsi

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc): Cold Stone - been years, but any type of coffee ice cream would be great, I'd mix in heath bars for some crunch

Bubba Gump: never eaten at one . . .guessing shrimp .  ..any kind is great! Well, not the kind that still has it's little legs attached that I have to peel - yuck!

IHOP: Pumpkin pancakes with regular maple syrup . . .

Arby's: Never cared for their menu :-( What do you know, a FF place where I don't have the menu memorized!

Cheesecake Factory: duh . . .cheesecake! although the overall menu is great

Olive Garden: Stuffed Chicken Marsala . . . but I love the mussels on the appetizer menu . .I'll order those with salad and eat about 2 baskets of breadsticks. . .

Panera Bread: another non favorite, I think I usually picked some type of turkey on faccocia

TGI Friday's: . . .hmmm . . .ours isn't very good

Lone Star Steakhouse: never tried, but I'm sure some type of ribeye, baked potatoe, salad bar would be a standard steakhouse meal

Tony Roma's: not a ribs gal . . ours closed several years ago, didn't realize they were still around

Noodles & Company: Never heard of??!?!

Red Robin: A BURGER . . the Hickory Burger w/ the onion ring on it  . . steak fries extra crispy . . yum  . . oh, of courase an icy cold mondo (miller lite unless they have Ultra on tap)

Starbucks: Skinny Venti sugar-free cinnamon dolce latte

Jamba Juice: something w/ strawberries and banana's - no boosts

Bucca di Beppo: again, not a favorite

Long John Silver's: never tried

Sizzler: been years . . they used to have a bbq chicken selection . . don't remember the name of it and the salad bar of course

Trader Vic's: never tried

Benihana: never tried, but I'm sure it would be some type of teriyaki chicken

Romano's Macaroni Grill: Tuscan steak, roasted potatoes, salad

Red Lobster: about a gazillion of those cheesy, buttery biscuits . . .some type of combo plate that would include shrimp scampi, crap and scallops

Coco's Bakery:  . . . the only thing I remember eating at a Coco's was some type of dessert with a brownie, ice cream (coffee flavored), hot fudge sauce and whipped cream . . .

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc):  don't care for fast food chinese, but occasionally I get beef & broccoli with very light sauce

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): soft chicken tacos al fresco

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc):  don't care for cold stone or marble slab.  I like a local midwest dairy store called Oberweiss which has an amazing dulce de leche

Bubba Gump: never been there

IHOP: whole wheat pancakes w/ apple butter

Arby's: beef n cheddar sandwich

Cheesecake Factory:  haven't been there in years, but I recall they make a good salad.  All the cheesecake is good, though.

Olive Garden: Haven't been there in years, but I used to really like their ministrone

Panera Bread:  black bean soup, turkey sandwich on wheat, small apple

TGI Friday's: Haven't been there in a while, but their right size salad with chicken and portobello mushrooms was okay

Lone Star Steakhouse:  haven't been there in years

Tony Roma's:  Went there once - so long ago I don't remember what I got.

Noodles & Company: Simple penne in a marinara.  It was okay, but nothing special

Red Robin: BLEU RIBBON BURGER, BABY!!

Starbucks: Tall double shot skinny cinnamon ducle latte

Jamba Juice: Never been there

Bucca di Beppo:  Never heard of it

Long John Silver's: Don't care for it.

Sizzler: Haven't been there since I was in elementary school

Bob Evans:  Try to avoid it whenever possible, but the coffee was acceptable.

Red Lobster:  Grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, and at least one of those amazing biscuits

California Pizza Kitchen:  Only been there once, but the carmelized onion goat cheese pizza was pretty good.

Coco's Bakery:  Never heard of it

as a precursor: i'm a veggie now.. so a lot of these answers are from a previous "food life" :D

Pizza fast food: lazy moon cheese pizza + artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, black olive

Sub sandwiches: quiznos veggie sub (yummm guac!)

Fast food Chinese: the local joint near my house - used to love the bourbon steak/chicken, and egg rolls, pork fried rice

Fast food Mexican: tijuana flats - taco salad with chicken/black beans; steak quesadillas; chips + queso

Ice cream fast food: coldstone dark chocolate + cookie dough, butterfingers, brownie mixed in!

Bubba Gump: never eaten here

IHOP: ditto

Arby's: haven't eaten at an arby's since about the 3rd grade - but used to like a plain roast beef and cheese sandwich

Cheesecake Factory: only eaten here once and had some sort of yummy salad; and their oreo cheese cake is pretty much to die for!

Panera Bread: some sort of coffee/tea beverage - and only ever eaten here once and had some sort of soup + bread thing - can't remember what

TGI Friday's: probably quesadillas of some sort

Chicken fast food (KFC, Popeye's, etc): none...the grease makes me sick.

Pizza fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc): Blackjack!  Only in a few CO towns though.  I just get regular crust w/bacon.

Sub sandwiches (Subway, Quizno's, etc): Anywhere I can order my sandwhich to order

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc): Have never had Chinese fast food.

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): ANY!  I love it sooo much but thankfully don't go crazy too much.  I usually just get one or two crunchy tacos (between 170-190 cals each depending on where you go)

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc): Cold Stone.  I like to get anything mixed with berries.

Bubba Gump: Never been, probably wouldn't go

IHOP: Whatever comes with eggs, bacon and hashbrowns.

Arby's: small curly fries and a jr. roast beef

Cheesecake Factory: never been.

Olive Garden: ew

Panera Bread: never been.

TGI Friday's: Never been...i'm not fond of chain restaraunts.

Lone Star Steakhouse: Never been.

Tony Roma's: Never been.

Noodles & Company: Chicken noodle soup. 

Red Robin: don't go here.

Starbucks: anything!  lol, anything with espresso at least.  I stopped going to save money (I bought an espresso maker for myself lol) so when i go I usually get a "treat" like a Frappuccino or an iced white mocha

Jamba Juice: The berry smoothie with no bananas

Bucca di Beppo: never been.

Long John Silver's: Ugh, I had this for the first time yesterday and I literally threw up an hour or two later (I think it was the insane amount of grease)

Sizzler: don't go

Red Lobster: don't go here too often.  I don't like the idea of chain restaraunt fish in Colorado!  But I love the biscuits (I have a recipe for these to make at home actually...)

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc): almond chicken, vegetable fried rice, spring roll, and white rice with their special sauce from our local chinese heaven

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): anything from chipotle

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc): tcby! or cake batter from coldstone

Bubba Gump: never been there

IHOP: mmmm blueberry pancakes

Arby's: see above

Cheesecake Factory: deep fried macaroni

Olive Garden: bread!

Panera Bread: you pick two with bacon turkey bravo on wheat without the sauce, chicken and wild rice soup and multigrain baguette

Taco bell's fresca menu is pretty good, and the chicken salad at Chipolte is great

Dairy Queen's regular sized vanilla cone is a great treat

Ihop cinnamon french toast with Peanut butter kills me (and I never eat it)

Arbys is terrible

Cheesecake factory has great chicken strips and Good salad

Lone star is terrible

Red robin has great fries but I never eat there

Red Lobster has pretty good talapia

California Pizza Kitchen; THE ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE FOOD IN THE WHOLE WORLD FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. OMG it is good

 

Hamburger fast food (McDonald's, Wendy's, etc) - BK - I used to eat everything, now I order something small that is around 300 calories or less (chicken tenders).  I don't go to Mickey D's, Wendy's - same thing chicken nuggets.

Chicken fast food (KFC, Popeye's, etc): KFC is the devil.  I used to love everything there as well, now I avoid altogether.** add - Chick-Fil-A is great too.  Grilled chicken on wheat, yummy.

Pizza fast food (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc): I don't eat chain pizza because I don't think it tastes good but if I get pizza at a mom and pop shop, I have one slice of regular pizza.

Sub sandwiches (Subway, Quizno's, etc): Quizno's - MY FAVORITE!!!  - I get the small honey bourbon chicken on wheat.  So good!

Fast food Chinese (PFChang, Panda, etc): - I haven't eaten chinese is over a year.

Fast food Mexican (Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, etc): I don't eat it.

Ice cream fast food (Cold Stone, Marble Slab, etc): Cold Stone - Like It Chocolate with oreos and reese's cup - haven't gotten it in at least 6 months.
