We are going out tonight for Sushi and to my surprise California rolls and spicey tuna recieved a B- rating for 4 peices each. To me that is good. Is this too good to be true? For some reason I thought I would be cheating by eating sushi. I guess not! I am excited now!

Yum! You're making me hungry talking about Sushi!!

Sushi is one of my guilt free "treats". My advice; watch the number of pieces you eat. The rice can add up the calories quite fast if you start having more than 4 pieces. Also avoid the tempura and anything with that creamy sauce drizzled over it. With the california rolls, watch out for pieces that have oversized chunks of avocado (unless you're wanting some fat for your daily intake, in which case I guess its the healthiest kind you can get!)

I sometimes find the next day I weigh high - but it goes away again. I think its all that salt in the soy sauce making me retain water.

Enjoy your night!
I recently tried sushi and was also surprised that it wasn't too calorie intensive.

Have fun and enjoy.
Thanks for the advice of on the creamy, and high sodium stuff! I'm new to sushi!
New to sushi you say?  You'll be a convert/expert in no time!
