Tasty breakfast muffin.
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | cup wheat bran |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/8 | tsp cloves |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | cup buttermilk |
| 3 | tbsp oil |
| 1 | cup blueberries, frozen |
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Add egg, buttermilk and oil.
- Add fruit.
- Mix only until dry ingredients are moist.
- Fill greased muffin pan and bake at 375ºF for 16-20 minutes.
