okay this may be a totally stupid question but....i have noticed that when i do my workouts i sweat more during the cooldown and streches part than i do the actual workout.
is this normal?
does anyone else do this?
just wondering if i'm doing something weird ![]()
I don't think it's so much that you're sweating more during the cooldown/stretches, it's more that's sweat's "job". Sweat is your body's way of cooling itself down. The same thing happens to me... while I'm running, I definitely sweat a lot. But when I'm finished and doing my cooldown walk, I'm absolutely dripping.
When you're running and moving more your sweat evaporates faster; when you're in the walk and cooldown part the air doesn't carry it away from your body as fast, so you notice it more.
oh okay that makes sense! i thought i was a freak or something lol![]()
