| 3 | tblsp margarine |
| 1 | cup carrots, grated |
| 1/2 | cup raisins |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp nutmeg |
| 2 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 3/4 | cup flour |
- lightly oil mufin tin and preheat oven to 190 deg cel
- Put the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- add the remaining ingredients and blend until just mixed
- bake for 15 mins
