Sweet low calorie snack (Is there such a thing?).
I think you should be able to figure this one out from the title. If you know any thing the information would be awesome. Thanks.

Caramel Quakers mini rice cakes
Sugar free popsicles are only 15 cal each, also the other 2 that have helped me is jello and jello pudding. They now have 10 cal jello's and 60 cal puddings. Really tasty. I am a candyholic, so these have helped give me the sweet that I want without all the calories.
Hope this helps!
yogurt.....
60 calorie, sugar free jello- The Carmel flavor---yum!
I do the 60 cal dark chocolate jello pudding and dip strawberrys into it. Very tasty and not even 100 cals.
I use Stevia to sweeten things. Its 100% natural and it's calorie free. So I can take an apple for instance. I peel it and slice it up (throw away the seeds and core.) I then put them in the mircrowave oven to make them hot and soft. Now I take them out. Add just about 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce. NOw I add in some all spice and cinamon and a teaspoon of stevia. Now I have apple pie without the crust. Want a little bit of a crust taste. YOu can add a few ground almonds and a 1/4 cut of cooked rice you end up with a kind of crust flavor. However, to keep the calories down I would recommend leaving out the amonds and rice.
YOu can add stevia to a lot of things and it really makes them taste sweet. You can cook with it too. NOt a problem. You can get stevia pure or with lactose in it. 1/3 teaspoon is as sweet a a teaspoon of sugar. Yeah Stevia is very sweet. So find your low cal snack and add stevia in place of sugar and you'll take care of the sweet tooth.
grapes, frozen or fresh! weight watchers ice cream bars or jello pudding pops.
bananas. apples, pears, pineapple, oranges, strawberries, dried blueberries....
go to the diabetic section of the grocery store and find candy or junk there.
or you can try the 45 calories Kraft HandiSnack sugar free puddings. they are just as good as the jello brand but have 15 fewer calories. (these aren't in the refrigerated section but with the boxes of jello and pudding)
OOh, try to find the brand NoPudge Brownie mixes. its a bright pink box with all the other brownie mixes. they are low fat to no fat depending on the yogurt you mix it with. you can make it in individual servings in the microwave really quickly too. yum yum yum
cut up a banana, pour on a tiny bit of melted butter (it only takes a tiny tiny bit) and sprinkle on some cinnimon. microwave for about 30 seconds. it's like candy bananas. yum yum yum.
Ghrame crackers are my new love! The regular cinnamon and chocolate ones have 130 calories for 4 squares. If I just want to cure a craving, 1 or 2 squares are perfect and only 32/65 cals :)
Sugar-free Jell-O pudding snacks = delicious, low fat, low cal, no sugar! :D

I was wondering how long it would take to recommend fruit. Skip all of the processed stuff and shove down some apples and oranges. Much better for you than the rest of the things suggested. If you are gong have sweets you may as well get some real nutrition from your snack.
Fiber One Caramel Bars, Oats & Chocolate, or Peanut Butter. These aren't as low cal as other stuff listed but still only have 150 calories. But they are loaded with fiber and low fat. I have one of these before bed with a glass of skim milk (protein) for a not so bad for you snack.
Also Hostess has new 100 calorie packs of chocolate cream filled cupcakes, white cupcakes, carrot cakes and banana muffins. These are surprisingly low fat and actually have a decent amount of fiber in them.
I splurge and have one of these as a dessert every once in a while to keep the chocolate cravings at bay.
Special K has protein bars that are tasty too, hehe
- Sugar free jello 10cals
- 1 cup strawberries with splenda 55 cals
- Popsicle 30-60 cals

If you like icecream sandwiches, you should try taking one graham cracker (2 squares) and putting one tablespoon of whipped cream in the middle and freezing them overnight. Then you can have two of the sandwiches for 150 calories. (130 for 4 squares and 20 for the whipped cream.) I think ReadyWhip is also better for you than whipped cream in the tub.
Also, FiberOne Oats and Chocolate bars are amazing. Had one for the first time yesterday.
thanks a lot guys, now I have a super sweet tooth! haha especially for that pudding and strawberries combo. :-) I would suggest something but everything I do is already up there lol
hershey makes these little 100 calorie pack type things in their different candy flavors... I love the reeses one, it has PB chips, a few reeses pieces, sweetened oat squares, and some PB/chocolate cereal bits. you can eat it really slow and it makes me feel like I'm having candy! also don't forget dark chocolate... a hershey's special dark mini bar (you know the tiny ones, like an inch long) or one hershey kiss can be just enough to cure a craving, as long as you know you can stop!
Any quaker mini delights 90 calorie packs. They are yummy!
fudgsicles--40 calories
cut up an apple, sprinkle on some cinnamon/sugar, and microwave until tender--less than 100 calories
fruit with cool whip free (15 calories for 2 tablespoons!--and kinda satisfies for the creamy ice cream cravings)
