Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Quinoa with Craisins

2 cup Quinoa Organic
2 serving Trop50 Juice Beverage
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.33 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.33 cup Onions
0.33 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.33 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 oz Sunflower Seeds
2 serving Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sweet Quinoa with Craisins

  1. Place 2 cups quinoa, 2 cups water and 2 cups Blueberry Pomegranate Trop 50 juice into Rice Cooker

  2. Slice up Bell Pepper, Onion, Green onions (finely diced), Mushrooms and place over steam tray with a few sprays of Olive Oil Pam.

  3. Hit 'Brown Rice' cook button on the rice cooker. Vegetables will steam on top as you cook the quinoa.

  4. Stir the rice every 30 minutes so that it does not stick to the pot.

  5. Once all the liquids have evaporated switch rice cooker to 'Keep Warm' mode and add in veggies, 1/3 cup craisins, sunflower seeds, and reduced fat feta cheese stirring the quinoa with the extras until they're evenly distributed.

  6. Leave mixture in the rice cooker for 3-5 minutes before serving.

  7. Quinoa is delicious served warm or cold.
