I just love frozen fruit. My favorites include papaya, mango, blueberries, and grapes. As for fresh fruit, I'm a huge pear & pineapple & green apple lover.

I second the Lit and fit yogurts. They have so many amazing flavors out. I really like the pomegrante berry, key lime, blackberry, vanilla, and orange mango. They range from about 60-80 calories. You can add some cereal, I really like adding a couple puffins (either pb or cinnamon) and some pecans. Or some graham cracker honey bees (they're so cute!) + nuts.

I love hummus too. My favorite that I tried out of Garlic, Dill, and Chipotle Pepper has been the garlic. Have 2 tbsp with some carrots, celery, cucumbers, or sweet peppers depending on what veggie you like.

Or some toast (light whole wheat or crackers - which ever you prefer) with peanut butter or jam. Or half peanut butter half jam. I really like raspberry jam.
