Recipe Ingredients for sweet and spicy shrimp

12 ounces medium shrimp
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe Directions for sweet and spicy shrimp

  1. steam shrimp, cool, move to a broiler safe shallow roasting pan

  2. mix remaining ingredients, except paprika and pour over shrimp; allow to stand 15 minutes. Pre heat broiler, sprinkle paprika on shrimp, broil for a few minutes to finish. Drizzle shrimp with pan sauce. serve over jasmine rice.
