You are my sweetest downfall...

...nutella. yeah, i totally binged on a jar both today and yesterday. i tried putting in the cupboard. Out of sight, out of mind, right? Apparently not. Then I decided to put it in the freezer. Hopefully frozen nutella won't appeal to me. The thing is, I really want to throw it away while my mom's not here, but i'm afraid she'll notice or be upset since she only got it yesterday, but then there's this other voice in my head saying "What do you care? Better in the bin than in you." terrible thought, i know. What should i do?

From wikipedia.  No, it is not a healthy thing.  It's wicked.  It is mostly sugar and oil ... .sorry!!

Frown

According to the product label, the main ingredients of Nutella are sugar and modified vegetable oils, followed far behind by hazelnut, cocoa and skimmed milk, comprising together at most 28% of the ingredients. The recipe for Nutella varies in different countries. In the case of Italy the formulation uses less sugar than the product sold in France. Nutella is marketed as "hazelnut cream" in many countries; it cannot be labeled as a chocolate cream under Italian law, as it does not meet minimum cocoa concentration criteria.

Is it in a glass jar?? Throw it away and so say you accidently dropped it and it broke and spilled or if its in a plastic jar say you dropped it and it spilled.

There have been 2 different times when I binged and ate a WHOLE jar of cake frosting. My mom went to use it to make a cake and one of the times I lied and said "I used to all to make my nephew's birthday cake", which I didn't, I ate it. And one time I ate a WHOLE package of chips ahoy cookies and when my mom went to have some, they were gone and I told her that I let my 2 year old nephew eat a few (which I did) but I said he took off with container of cookies and I couldn't find them. She beleived me. I know I sound bad for blaming my baby nephew but, I'd be too embarrassed for them to find out how much I eat sometimes. I'm an emotional eater and my parents don't know that I have sometimes, an unhealthy relationship with food and when I am not happy I eat everything in sight--more than anyone could imagine. But, I haven't binged in 2 weeks and I haven't blamed my nephew for anything in a while and I won't do it again--I promise. But, of course my mom never gets mad at my nephew when I would lie and tell her those things she'd smile at him and say "You did?!?!"

**I'm not a horrible person--I swear!!
