I like Kraft Handi snack SF chocolate pudding with FF Whip cream = 55 calories
Rice cake with sf Strawberry jelly and FF Whip cream = 65-70 calories
Microwaved apple with cinnamon and splenda = 80-90 calories
Vitamuffin Tops in deep chocolate = 100 calories
I also love to chop up 1/2 a banana, mix it with some low-fat cottage cheese and splenda, and eat it in a bowl. Low in calories (relatively), packed with protein, and delicious.
When I'm craving something sweet I'll go for a roll or two of Smarties! Only 25 calories and that tart/sweet hits the spot for me.
I like Light 'n' Luscious fruit drops. They are sugar and fat free and low cal. I will usually pop a couple after I have eaten my lunch because my body craves in stages... fruit/veg.. savoury...sweet. And since I wanted to cut out the sweet a couple of these babies does the trick. You can probably pick them up or something similar at your local pharmacy.
This is going to sound weird (and certainly not healthy by nutritional standards), but sometimes when I am really just craving sweets I have a few spoonfuls of Lite Cool Whip (same calories or just about as the fat free kind but tastes better). Depending on how good I've been during the day, I might even add a little peanut butter for a real treat! On top of sugar free jello is great too. Or I take a low fat graham cracker, put some cool whip and a drizzle of light chocolate syrup on top. Yummy and satisfying! (haha can you tell I'm there with you on the sweet tooth thing?)
The other thing I've been doing lately is to spray butter flavored Pam (or spray butter) onto air popped popcorn, then sprinkle a little cinnamon and a little splenda on top. Delicious.
I just eat a small square of good quality dark chocolate (70 cals). If I get a chocolate craving, I'm better off eating that than having chocolate milk then a chocolate pudding then a chocolate muffin and still not being satisfied because I wanted *real* chocolate.
I love to eat watermelon. It is so sweet and refreshing and fills me up.Only 50 calories per cup.I also will eat low cal ice cream popsicles about 50 cals each. There are also these ice cream sandwiches(brand:skinny cow) that are so good and only 150 calories may sound alot, but you get a prettydecent size portion and it is fulfilling.
i am a chocolholic, so treat myself to a options hot choc! between 35 - 40 calories and it stops my cravings :)
Thanks everyone for the great ideas!
Peanut butter. Naturally more on a whole wheat wrap with bananas or kiwi
I allow myself one or two deserts a week. Nothing diet. Usually it is a brownie, chocolate chip cookie bar or a brownie sundae. If you limit it to that you should not gain.
I also make buckwheat pancakes and use Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup or put a cup of motts apple sauce. The flavored kind on top, Strawberry or peach apple sauce. Very good. Smuckers also makes a sugar free strawberry topping. That mixed with cut up strawberries is also good and buckwheat is good for you. I make waffles and pancakes with it.
apples. sometimes i eat too many a day though!
Orbit GUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and coffee flavored with Stevia!
I treat myself with these Whitman caramel candies from Weight Watchers. Check them out.

I eat USN meal replacement protein bars as a mid-afternoon snack sometimes, which are covered in chocolate but have a low amount of fat and are very nutritious. They are 260 cals and come in vanilla ice cream or lemon cheesecake flavour. Very yummy, NO guilt coz they're actually good for you!
This might sound strange. But I find that eating something sour helps. Have a pickle--and not a sweet pickle. Or, have a green olive. Eating sweets just makes me want more and more. I try to focus on nutritious foods instead of little treats to satisfy cravings. I was standing in line at Target today. The checkstands are already loaded with Halloween candy. I started looking at the nutrition charts. A caramel center chocolate kiss only has about 20 calories. But I'm afraid it would just set me up for more cravings. So, I came home and had a delicious sweet pear, 1/2 a banana, and 1/2 cup of raspberries. Makes you grateful to be alive!
Vita Muffins, Organic mini chocolate bars, Granola bars, Pears, Lowfat frozen yogurt, Oatmeal raisin cookies, Sherbert, Tofutii fudge pops. : ))
Oh god..finally! Someone else who eats cool whip out of the container. I quit buying the stuff cause I can't stop eating it! I love peanut butter too....see what you've done to me jennbush?!?! (heehee) I'm a grazer at heart. I work nights so it seems that my entire food intake is like a snack. I take care of a special needs baby while the parents sleep and I'm working out with weights etc but its hard to get cardio in when you don't want to wake up the whole house with your bouncing around. I snack on fruit all night long cause it can be grabbed easily when I'm in the middle of doing stuff with the baby. I'm finding it hard to grab protein and fats that don't include chips or junk in a bag.
