Eat it!  You don't need to eat all of it at once -- I ALWAYS have bars of high-quality chocolate in my freezer, I'll eat a square (about 1/8 of the bar) when I get a craving for chocolate or sweets.

Most of the labels from developed countries do have nutrition info on them, you might just have to analyze it to figure out everything

enjoy
Since it is high quality is it healthier?

I can read a little german so mabey i can decifer the nutritional info. Let's hope!
nah -- I just like the taste better -- Dark chocolate in moderation might  be considered "healthy" it is generally high in fiber and has natural anti-oxidants -- and I like a good smooth dark chocolate

but like your name says: all-is-good -- moderation is the key -- one chocolate bar will NOT make you fat.  Eat some of whatever you get, figure in the nutritionals, and put the rest away for another day.
All-is-good:  the nutritional info will be on the package in German, French and Italian, since all are official languages.  I can read French so if you need help let me know.  Also, based on whether its milk or dark, you can calculate calories per 100g by weighing it.  Go to any store that has chocolate, find the one that your granma brought (milk, dark 60% cocoa, 70% cocoa etc) and use that nutritional information.  If you need to gain weight, I wouldn't worry about it!
Thanks for the offer but i checked it : german. actually on one brand of chocolate there is a english translation. The only thing is the calories are per 100g. whats equivilent to that that i could easily recognize?
100g is about 3.5oz.  Do you have a food scale??  Plus look on the package, they usually come in 500g bars - so one fifth of that would be 100g.  Like you said, you are trying to gain weight, don't worry about it and enjoy it.  The chocolate from Switzerland doesn't have a bunch of crap in it that the "Swiss" chocolate in America does.  This is because they have to add all that crap in order to be able to ship it to the US in bulk.  Enjoy it!
