who has one and can tell me how to change the voice mail?  I looked under "tools" and still didn't see how.

What do you want to change the voicemail into?

If you mean change the vm message, you have to go into your vm (often press and hold 1 to auto dial it), and from there you can record your new message.

call your phone number on with you cell phone and you will get it . good luck

ok, got it.  I had to go into the vm for the option to change it.
