Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh
| 3 | cups parsley |
| 3 | medium tomatoes |
| 1/2 | large onion |
| 1/3 | cup bulgur wheat |
| 2 | tbsp Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/3 | cup lemon juice |
| 1 | Salt |
Recipe Directions for Tabouleh
Chop parsley, tomato and onion. Mix together with EVOO & lemon juice. Soak bulgur wheat in water, then drain and add to greans. Mix and enjoy!
