Taco Bell Substitutions
Any help would be appreciated.
I just got the new Volcano Burrito (big mistake!!) bet sustituted the beef for Beans.
I just read that with the Beef it is around 900 calories - I'm assuming it would be around the same with the beans right?
I'm so mad at myself!!!! but I know...Its done now....Tomorrow is another day =)
The beans may take a small chunk of calories off, but no, likely not that many. It did trim a lot of fat from your burrito, though!
According to http://www.tacobell.com/nutrition/calculator/ , your burrito contained 750 calories (50 less than with beef). It's only one meal, and you'll know not to go with he burrito next time. Try ordering two (maybe even 3?) volcano tacos, fresco style, if you get another hankering for a Taco Bell Volcano specialty again. They only contain 150 calories each. The volcano burrito fresco style is 610 calories if you want the burrito.
Whenever you order at taco bell, it is best to ask for fresco style food if you're looking to reduce the calories.:)
